Public Enemy : 서명 〈Greatest Hits〉 CD 커버

퍼블릭 에너미(Public Enemy)의 그룹 앨범 〈Power to the People and the Beats: Public Enemy's Greatest Hits〉 CD 커버에 파란색 펠트펜으로 서명이 들어간 서명 CD 커버다. 퍼블릭 에너미는 1985년 Chuck D(Carlton Ridenhour)와 Flavor Flav(William Drayton)가 Adelphi University에서 결성한 래퍼 그룹이다. 〈Power to the People and the Beats: Public Enemy's Greatest Hits〉는 2005년 8월 2일 Def Jam 레이블을 통해 발매된 모음 앨범으로, 18곡을 수록했다. 1987년 데뷔 앨범 〈Yo! Bum Rush the Show〉부터 〈He Got Game〉까지 여러 정규 앨범에서 곡들을 담았다. 그룹은 1988년 〈It Takes a Nation of Millions to Hold Us Back〉로 힙합 최초로 Village Voice Pazz & Jop 올해의 앨범에 선정되면서 비평가적 신뢰를 얻었고, 이후 〈Fear of a Black Planet〉(1990), 〈Apocalypse 91: The Enemy Strikes Black〉(1991)을 잇따라 발표했다. Rock and Roll Hall of Fame에 입성했고, 2020년 62nd Grammy Awards에서 Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award를 받았다.
